Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II to support warehouse accuracy and continuous improvements in our distribution center. The role conducts daily cycle counts, audits, and maintains clear records while researching and resolving discrepancies to improve inventory integrity and reporting across Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1.5+ years in distribution/warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with warehouse equipment and systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counts and audits using RF devices and manual sheets.
• Maintain clear, concise records of counting activities and inventory discrepancies.
• Analyze variances to identify root causes and implement improvements.
• Train new hires and existing team members on best practices and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory reporting and provide detailed stock level updates.
• Audit outbound shipments for Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail customers to ensure accuracy.
