Job summary

Deckers Brands seeks a Routing Clerk at our US IN Midwest Distribution Center to coordinate logistics across Fulfillment, Shipping and Returns, ensuring orders move efficiently from intake to delivery. You will work with internal teams and carriers to ship on time, prepare Bills of Lading, and maintain accurate shipment records.

The role requires daily carrier communication, attention to documentation details, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver's license.
Experience in dispatch is preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse software and Microsoft Office required.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to cross-train and work overtime during peak periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics between Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns to manage customer orders.
Communicate with carriers daily to execute shipments and resolve issues.
Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, for load tendering.
Maintain shipment records and ensure compliance with transportation guidelines.
Assist with scheduling and coordination to minimize delays and discrepancies.
