Job summary

Heat & Control Limited is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Hayward, CA to receive and issue materials for production orders and maintain accurate receiving records. The role requires forklift experience, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and familiarity with SAP or MRPs.

You will tag goods, distribute to storage areas, and support stock movements across departments. Ideal candidates have at least two years in a Receiving Clerk position, can lift up to 50 pounds, and work from 7 AM to 4 PM.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum as a Receiving Clerk.
• Forklift experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Knowledge of an MRP system; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue materials for production orders.
• Maintain the job carts.
• Identify all received goods by tagging items using SAP tags or manually with PO, material, SO and PO numbers.
• Distribute goods to designated storage areas after receipt.
• Kits and issue stock removals from purchasing, spare parts or production departments.
• Pulls and issues raw materials and components to manufacturing.

• After receiving goods, distribute to the designated storage areas.
• Kits and issues stock removals from purchasing, spare parts or production departments.
• Pulls and issues raw materials and components to manufacturing.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.

• Lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM.
