Job summary

Heat and Control in Hayward, CA is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage material flow for production orders and maintain accurate storage areas. You will tag received goods, distribute them to designated storage, and support stock removals for purchasing and production teams.

The role requires at least two years in a similar position, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and familiarity with MRP systems (SAP a plus). You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work 7 AM–4 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as a Receiving Clerk.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience with an MRP system; SAP knowledge a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Work hours are 7 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Receive and issue materials for production orders.
• Maintain the job carts.
• Identify all received goods by tagging items using SAP tags or manually with PO, material number, and sales/production order numbers.
• Distribute received goods to designated storage areas.
• Kit and issue stock removals from purchasing, spare parts or production departments.
• Pull and issue raw materials and components to manufacturing.
