Job summary

Capital Electric in Maryland seeks a warehouse Receiver to accurately receive, check, and stock material so orders can be picked and shipped to customers.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with dependable work ethic.
• Recent forklift experience required.
• Good math, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive material into the facility and stock it with care and accuracy.
• Operate dock processes including loading/unloading trailers (LTL).
• Scan products with RF scanner and input data.
• Break down cases and replenish warehouse stock; operate equipment as needed.
• Pallet handling and put-away activities.
• Drive and operate material handling equipment as required.
• Cross-train in inbound, outbound, wire and conduit areas.
