Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at a store location in Mooresville, NC. Responsibilities include unloading, auditing, and staging products to maintain accurate store inventory.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and be able to operate forklifts; strong communication and attention to detail are required. This full-time role requires the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Ensure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Comply with safe lifting practices and standard operating procedures.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
