Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is looking for a Receiving Associate to assist in warehouse operations, responsible for unloading and staging products to recover store inventory.

Ideal candidates should have at least 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience, be forklift certified, and possess effective communication skills. Responsibilities include ensuring products are staged properly, maintaining inventory rotation, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience driving a forklift is preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in warehouse operations of the retail store.
• Unload, audit, and stage products to recover inventory.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Oversee rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Complete required department and equipment training.
• Demonstrate understanding of safe lifting practices.
