Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Receiving Associate to aid warehouse operations at our Pineville location. You will unload, audit, and stage products and ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with base pay starting at $15 per hour and higher starts based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Able to work outdoors/in various weather conditions.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced setting and meeting deadlines.
• Available for extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, auditing, and staging product.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is completed accurately.
• Store products properly to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Follow safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete department and equipment training including forklift certification.
• Support general warehouse operations as directed by management.
