Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring a Receiving Associate to help in warehouse operations at our Jacksonville store. You will unload, audit, and stage products to maintain inventory accuracy and support efficient store replenishment.

The role requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience and forklift certification is preferred. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak seasons are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner that is consistent with company values.
• Ensure products are staged for counting and inspection.
• Complete receiving paperwork properly.
• Store products to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation within the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
• Adhere to safe lifting practices and SOPs.
• Complete required department and equipment training (forklift certified).
