Floor & Decor in Milpitas, CA is hiring a Receiving Associate to support warehouse operations at the retail store. You will unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, forklift experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in varying weather and a fast-paced environment with extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred and forklift certified.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in varying weather.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage products to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products to conserve space and follow safety procedures.
• Oversee inventory rotation in the warehouse.
• Complete department and equipment training, including forklift certification.
