Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Receiving Associate for our Mission Viejo, CA store to support warehouse operations. You will unload, audit, and stage products, ensure accurate receiving paperwork, and help maintain organized inventory.

This role offers both full-time and part-time options. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of warehouse experience and forklift experience or certification, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather and peak season

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Attentive to detail.
• Ability to work in different weather conditions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Available to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Unload, audit, and stage product to recover store inventory.
• Ensure receiving paperwork is properly completed.
• Store products safely to conserve space and comply with safety procedures.
• Oversee the rotation of inventories within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with management on receiving-related tasks.
• Follow company safety practices and complete required training (forklift certification).
