Job summary

Country Supplier LLC in Roseburg, OR, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to manage daily shipments, unload incoming goods, and ensure accurate pricing and store transfers.

You’ll verify purchase orders, create price lists, answer inquiries, maintain forklift certification, and support merchandising and housekeeping across the floor.

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect shipments (UPS, FedEx, LTL, delivery) daily; log merchandise and process purchase orders.
• Verify purchase orders and packing slips match.
• Enter purchase orders into the system after completion.
• Create price lists for unmarked products and manage daily transfers.
• Respond to questions from home office regarding orders, shortages, and damaged products.
• Maintain forklift certification training.
• Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate with associates via radio.
• Develop product knowledge for Coastal Farm offerings.
• Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.

Description

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining and processing all daily shipments and to be responsible for unloading and checking incoming products, pricing products, and processing store orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Unload and check in UPS, FedEx, LTL, and delivery shipments daily; including, but not limited to, counting and inspecting products, signing driver's freight bill, reporting any damages or shortages of shipments, pulling packing slips from product, logging merchandise onto receiving log on SharePoint, and processing the purchase order according to procedures.
• Verify the purchase order and packing slip match.
• Enter purchase orders into computer after completion.
• Create price lists of products that are unmarked, including pulling, wrapping, and loading the stores' daily transfers.
• Address and answer all questions from the home office regarding purchase orders, shortages/surpluses, and damaged products.
• Maintain the forklift certification training.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning - such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
