Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and self‑motivated Receiving Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a critical role in managing incoming materials, inventory accuracy, and shipment documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous receiving, inventory, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working independently.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing warehouse environment
• High noise levels due to the production floor
• Facility is not climate controlled; candidates must be comfortable working in hot conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Unload, unpack, count, label, and store incoming materials and products from containers and shipments
• Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility (forklift experience required)
• Obtain packing slips, verify shipments, count inventory, and accurately record receipts in the company computer system
• Prepare shipping labels and enter information into Excel and Outlook (training provided)

Qualifications

• Previous receiving, inventory control, or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Forklift experience required

Pay

$17/hour BOE
