The ideal candidate has 2+ years in receiving or logistics, experience with ERP or shipping software, and the ability to read PO and receiving documents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of receiving, shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Experience with inventory management, ERP, or shipping software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality concerns; report issues promptly.
• Enter receiving transactions, inventory data, and shipment information into internal software systems.
• Generate and apply barcode labels to received inventory and work orders.
• Move materials safely to designated production, inspection, or staging areas.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Track shipment status and assist in resolving carrier or delivery issues as needed.
• Communicate daily with the sales and operations teams regarding order status and material availability.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and organization of materials to support efficient production flow.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Support inventory counts and other warehouse activities as needed.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials and parts while maintaining organized inventory records and ensuring timely movement of products throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials, components, and supplies against purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier documentation.
• Inspect shipments for damage, discrepancies, and quality concerns; report issues promptly.
