Job summary

The Feed is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our Colorado team in Broomfield. The role focuses on accurate order picking/packing, receiving inventory, and maintaining inventory integrity for customer satisfaction.

You will perform regular cycle counts, communicate discrepancies, and support purchasing activities while upholding a clean, safe warehouse environment. This is a full-time on-site position offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Read, pick, and pack customer orders accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory against PO.
• Perform regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the team.
• Enter inventory data and update purchasing records as needed.
• Support purchasing activities and monitor stock levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse following 5S principles.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Job description

The Feed provides athletes with the widest selection of active nutrition and healthy snacks on the market today. We use science, our experience, and advice from athletes to give our customers personalized recommendations for better nutrition. Our e-commerce platform allows customers to learn about nutrition and then build a custom box for one-time or subscription purchase.
We’re looking for a Receiving Associate who can join our team and fill a vital role in warehouse operations.

The position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Accurately read, pick, and pack customer orders.
• Receive, inspect, and put away all incoming inventory, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with entering inventory data and updating purchasing records as assigned.
• Support purchasing activities such as placing orders, following up with vendors, and monitoring stock levels when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following 5S.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

• Preferred: Forklift certification or willingness to be trained and certified.
• Preferred: Experience with inventory management systems, warehouse audits, or purchasing functions.

Schedule

• Sunday – Thursday – 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday – Saturday – 8:00 Am – 4:30 PM

• $19/hour
