Job summary

Flexpak is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Receiving in Aurora, CO, to ensure accurate inbound processing, labeling, storage, and documentation. The role requires operating RF scanners and forklifts, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with production while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse or receiving experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation (certification preferred).
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents for accuracy and documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Receive goods into the WMS using RF scanners.
• Sort, label and store inventory according to company standards.
• Maintain records of packing slips, invoices, and related docs.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Move materials between departments to support production flow.
• Participate in daily cycle counts and periodic inventories.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Communicate receiving issues or equipment concerns to management.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Receiving Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient processing of inbound goods while maintaining our high standards of quality, organization, and teamwork. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents for accuracy, condition, and documentation
• Inspect incoming materials for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Accurately receive goods into the warehouse management system (WMS) using RF scanners
• Sort, label, and store inventory according to company standards
• Maintain accurate records of packing slips, invoices, and related documentation
• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Transport materials to designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper stacking and stability
• Assist in moving materials between departments to support production flow
• Inspect materials and products to ensure compliance with company quality standards
• Assist the production team with material preparation or assembly tasks when required
• Participate in daily cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy\
• Follow all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free receiving area
• Communicate receiving issues or equipment concerns to management promptly
• Be willing to work mandatory overtime as required to meet operational and business needs

Core Skills

• Material Handling experience required
• RF scanner and WMS experience (preferred)
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications
