Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly

What You'll Do
- Receive incoming stone slabs, materials, and supplies, ensuring deliveries are accurate and complete
- Verify shipments and maintain proper receiving documentation
- Deliver materials to the appropriate departments and team members
- Complete daily receiving transactions and inventory updates in our computer system
- Manage and organize inventory areas, racks, and storage locations
- Monitor raw material and critical supply inventory levels
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Manage raw material tagging and inventory control processes
- Coordinate outbound shipments, returns, and package deliveries
- Support the Slab Smith inventory management process
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Work closely with teammates across departments to keep production on track

The Work Environment
Let's be honest about the job:
- You'll work primarily in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor tasks
- The role requires frequent walking, lifting, moving, and organizing materials
- Safety equipment, including steel-toe boots and safety glasses, is required
- You'll be an important part of a fast-paced operation where teamwork matters
- Some lifting is required, including materials weighing up to 125 pounds

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Capable of writing simple correspondence.
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and vendors in fluent English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to interpret instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- DOT Medical Clearance is preferred (provided at no cost after employment offer is presented and accepted).
