Salary Range: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | +$2.00/hour Shift Differential
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | +$2.00/hour Shift Differential
What You’ll Do
- Polish countertop edges, splashes, and surfaces to create a flawless finish
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Use pneumatic hand tools and finishing equipment safely and effectively
- Identify and correct quality issues before products move to the next stage
- Assist with repairs and custom fabrication projects as neededKeep your work area clean, organized, and efficient
- Work closely with your teammates to meet production schedules and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and help maintain a safe workplace

The Work Environment
- You’ll be on your feet and moving throughout the day
- Noise levels can be loud, and appropriate hearing protection is provided
- Safety equipment, including steel-toe boots, eye protection, and hearing protection, is required
- Temperatures can vary with the seasons

Qualifications
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to accurately read a standard tape measure to the nearest 1/16 inch.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write basic correspondence.
- Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group settings with supervisors and coworkers.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
