Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, LLC, a Waste Connections company, is hiring CDL Drivers to operate an Oil Field Roll Off truck from our Hobbs, NM location, starting and ending each day at the Hobbs yard.

This night shift runs 7:00pm-7:00am on a 5 on, 3 off schedule. A Class A CDL is required, with 1+ years of experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work with others.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL License.
• No Restrictions (Can drive both Automatic and Manual).
• At least 1+ years of CDL Driving Experience.
• For out-of-city applicants, housing/man camps provided.
• Excellent driving record.
• Great customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive an Oil Field Roll Off truck starting and ending each shift at the Hobbs yard.
• Maintain safe driving practices and report any issues promptly.
• Support customers with professional service and timely pickups.

We are currently hiring CDL Drivers to work out of our Hobbs, NM location. You will be driving an Oil Field Roll Off truck, starting and ending every day at the Hobbs yard.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000+ ($25-$28+/hr + Overtime!)

Shift

This is a night position working 7:00pm-7:00am. This is a 5 on, 3 off schedule working 11‑12 hour shifts.

Requirements

• Must have a Class A CDL License
• No Restrictions (Can drive both Automatic and Manual)
• At least 1+ years of CDL Driving Experience
• For out-of-city applicants, we do provide housing/man camps.
• Excellent driving record
• Great customer service and teamwork skills
