Job summary

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is hiring Equipment Operators to work at our Jal, NM facility. This local position has a 14‑Days On / 7‑Days Off rotation, shifts from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM, and housing/man-camps are available for out-of-city applicants.

Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, water control duties, and SWD maintenance. Benefits include family coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation. Pay range is $65,000-$80,000+ DOE.

Qualifications

• Heavy equipment experience is required.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, ADT haul trucks, etc., and assist the team with day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Perform water control duties—monitoring and maintaining the customer truck wash rack, running 6×6 diesel-driven pumps, oil skimming, and assisting with customer off-loading.
• Handle SWD duties—tank, pump, and well maintenance along with basic labor and cleaning duties. Run reports and monitor oil-field waste treatment operations.

We are currently hiring Equipment Operators to work at our facility in Jal, NM. This is a local job with no travel and no per diem. You will be working outside in all weather conditions. We offer family benefits, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000+ DOE

Schedule

• Rotating Night Shift and Day Shift position working a 14‑Days On 7‑Days Off rotation.
• For out‑of‑city applicants, we provide housing/man‑camps.
• Working hours are 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM and 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM.
