Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, AZ. The role handles material transport, storage, and daily inventory checks to ensure quality and efficiency. You will work with Purchasing and Production to keep materials flowing and must maintain safety standards throughout shifts.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–1 year of related inventory experience. Full-time, on-site work with a competitive hourly rate and shift differential available.

Job Description Location: 2200 E. Riverview Dr., Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 2nd- 3pm-11:30pm- Monday-Friday

Pay: $19-20/hr plus $2.50 shift differential

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Safely transport and store materials in designated warehouse locations using material handling equipment. Conduct quality checks to ensure that products meet specified standards and are free from damage or defects. Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and production, to ensure efficient workflow. Communicate with a supervisor or Purchasing Department when materials/supplies are running low. Conduct thorough inspections of materials throughout the shift to ensure they are properly stocked and organized. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment. Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions. Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent. 0-1 year of incoming inventory/materials experience in a manufacturing setting.

The nature of receiving and handling materials often requires working efficiently and quickly to keep up with production schedules and demands. Requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Full-time position with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during peak periods. Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
