Lead a small team of Analysts and Specialists, oversee budgeting and invoicing processes, and ensure compliance with laws while mentoring staff and delivering data-driven insights to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years in Product Management or Treasury-related roles.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and banking products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Analysts and Specialists and lead projects related to pricing and packaging.
• Implement new product pricing, vendor invoicing, and risk management framework.
• Use data-driven decision making to create efficiencies and remove barriers.
• Oversee account analysis, balance and reconcile data, and perform variance analysis.
• Lead and develop the team, including hiring, coaching, and training.
