Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service or Branch Banking Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Deep knowledge of banking operations, deposits, loans, and treasury services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking operation teams to ensure smooth workflows and policy adherence.
• Set goals, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely, accurate transactions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop operation staff while delivering services.
• Oversee risk controls, audits, and action plans with internal/external teams.
• Support fraud controls and develop user guides and procedures.
• Hire, coach, and manage performance of the operations team.
