Job summary

Tiger Fuel Co. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the A/R team and key customers. This role focuses on receipts processing, invoice posting, and customer account reconciliation to ensure accuracy across invoices and taxes.

The successful candidate will handle mail processing, reconcile daily invoices, assist with month-end close, and contribute to process improvements while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting functions preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve customer payments from PO box and sort mail.
• Reconcile and post daily invoices to customer accounts with accurate gallons, prices, and taxes.
• Perform customer account reconciliation and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and annual settlement periods.
• Support Tiger Card program management for fleet purchases at stores and wash locations.
• Answer billing questions and general account inquiries from customers.
• Prepare account reconciliations to aid subsidiary and related-party accounting.
• Develop working knowledge of accounting software and internal processes.
