Job summary

CTI is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support accounts receivable and related accounting tasks. You will manage invoicing, deposit and completion billing, and revenue recognition while aligning with GAAP and collaborating with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years invoicing or related accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Business Central is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing: progressive billing, job deposits, completion billing, and product billing.
• Enter and maintain job costs, cost codes, and change orders.
• Record weekly revenue recognition based on percentage of completion.
• Perform month-end reconciliations and closing journal entries.
• Attend weekly production meetings with branches.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Additional duties as needed.
