Job summary

Altius is seeking a Rec Dispensary Supervisor to lead our frontline retail team in Illinois. You’ll ensure compliant, knowledgeable and polished service while supporting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You’ll coach budtenders, manage daily store operations (sales floor, cash handling, inventory, compliance) and partner with leadership to maintain product integrity and merchandising that reflects excellence.
