Essential Employment Services is seeking a Retail Supervisor for a cannabis dispensary in Connecticut. You will lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and guide PSPs while ensuring compliance and inventory control.
The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and experience in a fast-paced dispensary environment, with responsibilities from opening/closing to KPI tracking and vendor relations.

As a Retail Supervisor, you play a critical role in the daily operations and overall success of the dispensary. You will lead by example, delivering exceptional customer service while motivating team members to maintain high standards of efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.
In addition to demonstrating strong leadership, you will actively assist patients by answering questions, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring a comfortable, compliant purchasing experience. The Retail Supervisor oversees daily store operations, guides Patient Service Providers (PSPs), supports inventory management, and ensures adherence to all state regulations. This role also serves as the Person in Charge (PIC) during opening and closing procedures.
