Charter Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Rebuild Project Manager to join our Restoration Team in Portland, Oregon. Charter has built a long‑standing reputation across the Pacific Northwest for delivering high‑quality reconstruction, insurance restoration, and residential repair projects with integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer care.
In this role, you will manage rebuild projects from initial planning through final closeout, ensuring each project is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Charter’s standards. You will serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams—balancing technical expertise with clear communication and a strong customer‑service mindset.

This role splits time between the field and the office. Field work includes visiting active job sites, meeting with homeowners and adjusters, and directing subcontractors. Office work focuses on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and maintaining project documentation.The pace is fast and requires strong organization, clear communication, and comfort managing multiple projects at once.
