Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Analyst - Rebates to support reconciliation issues and provide financial analysis for Builders and Sales reporting. You will handle month-end close tasks, journal entries, and GL reconciliations while partnering with Finance and Sales to ensure accurate rebate accounting.

Key duties include reviewing monthly builder rebates, processing incentives, maintaining rebate databases, and creating BI reports using Vistex/BI to support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• GAAP knowledge required with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, SSAS or SAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly builder rebates and determine eligibility, coordinating with Sales.
• Process monthly/quarterly rebate incentives and manage distribution.
• Maintain rebate databases and liaise between Finance and Sales.
• Prepare journal entries and GL reconciliations; support month-end close.
• Design reporting within Vistex/BI to meet leadership needs.
