Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Min 5 years in rebar fabrication with 2+ yrs in a leadership role.
• Excellent communication; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise rebar shop floor team.
• Monitor production schedules and quality.
• Inspect equipment for safety and quality.
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate or assist with rebar processing machinery.
• Prepare KPI and production reports.
