Job summary

White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. in Texas is seeking a hands-on Fabrication Technician to produce reinforced steel products according to work orders and tags. You will operate rebar fabrication equipment safely and ensure quality from setup to shipment, including boxing and labeling.

This role requires physical readiness, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and adherence to safety policies. On-site work with outdoor/indoor exposure and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in rebar fabrication preferred.
• Ability to read basic work orders and rebar tags.
• Use of PPE is required.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products per work orders and tag specs.
• Operates rebar fabrication equipment safely (shears, benders, automated machines).
• Stacks, bands, and stages materials per production flow.
• Inspects finished materials for conformance to specifications.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and reports hazards.
• Works indoors and outdoors, exposed to weather and equipment.
