Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Experience in rebar fabrication or a related production environment. --

Responsibilities

• Fabricates reinforcing steel (rebar) products according to work orders, tag specifications, and dimensions.
• Sets up and safely operates rebar fabrication equipment such as shears, benders, and automated bending machines.
• Inspects finished materials visually and with measurements to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Identifies defects or issues and makes necessary adjustments according to established processes.
• Prepares completed products for shipment with protective materials to prevent damage during transport.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to safety policies and reporting hazards.
