Nucor Rebar Fabrication Northwest is seeking a highly experienced detailing and project management leader in Tacoma, WA. You will oversee post-sale detailing, coordinate with customers and vendors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery across projects.

Responsibilities include supervising detailers, coaching performance, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations while maintaining Nucor's culture of safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Vocational certificate in CAD design/drafting or equivalent.
• Ten+ years experience as a rebar detailer or equivalent industry experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead post-sale detailing and project management from order to cash.
• Coordinate detailing with vendors and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Supervise and train detailers; monitor performance and safety standards.
