Under the direct supervision of the EEO Office's Office Manager, with some discretion for independent decision making, assist the EEO Office with the processing of reasonable accommodations requests submitted by employees and applicants for employment, which includes, but is not limited to; receive, log, track the processing of RA requests by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using relevant spreadsheets and databases; participate in the processing of RA requests by engaging in the cooperative dialogue with relevant parties across divisions and units; assist with training employees on RA request policies and procedures; and complete any related or assigned administrative work.
Maximum tenure for all Assignment Levels in the title of College Aide is 6 years. No student shall be employed more than half-time in any week in which classes in which the student is enrolled are in session. Students may be employed full-time during their vacation periods.

New York City residency is generally required within 90 days of appointment.
