Job summary

CorSource Technology Group seeks a Realty Technician 2 to support the Real Property Field Services team. The role combines office tasks and field work across the Oregon, Washington, Idaho region, including overnight travel.

Strong data entry and document review skills are essential to manage LIS case files and enable acquisitions support. The assignment emphasizes preparing title reviews, handling landowner inquiries, and providing acquisition support with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of property management, real estate, title review or related work experience required.
• Course work or experience related to Real Estate principles, practices, and government real property procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provide land use applications, Stay Alive videos and literature to public and agencies.
• Open and prepare case files for closing transmittal; verify data in LIS.
• Track and maintain case log of landowner requests for permits and encroachments.
• Answer real estate questions from public and refer complex cases to Realty Specialist.
• Receive application fees and process as appropriate.
• Property research from Real Property Records System and document findings.
• Prepare Preliminary Title Review and 945 forms for Realty Specialist to finalize.
• Travel to properties to take measurements/photos for property management issues.
