Job summary

Realty Technician I (1) Position at Trust Real Estate Services within the Department of Natural Resources. Hourly wage: $15.90-$16.87 regular/full-time.

The program supports protection, management and utilization of trust lands, including acquisition, leasing, and sales on Yakama lands. Minimum requirements include High School or GED plus clerical office experience or one year in a trust real estate office; background check and pre-employment drug test required; Yakama Preference applies.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required and clerical office experience, or one-year trust real estate office experience.
• Must pass extensive background investigation within probationary period.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support to all sections of the Trust Real Estate Services.
• Assist, advise, oversee, monitor and coordinate protection and management of trust assets.
• Prepare documents and forms accurately; meet deadlines.
