Walmart Inc. is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in Auburn, AL. You will own delivery of store remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, supervising hourly staff and coordinating with store leadership to keep projects on track.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business or related field; 1+ year lead experience; certifications may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Travel to projects across the US to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
