Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store remodels, new builds, and special projects across the US. You will own project execution, supervise hourly teams, and collaborate with store leadership to keep milestones on track.

Frequent travel and overnight work are expected in this role. Ideal candidates have a business degree with project management experience or 3 years in related areas, plus cross-functional leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments.
• Masters degree and PMI certification are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store, remodel, and new store projects across assigned regions.
• Supervise hourly team members and escalate issues to store leadership.
• Coordinate plans, changes, and obstacles with key stakeholders to minimize impact on operations.
• Travel frequently; maintain schedules and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards.
