Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, coordinating with store leaders and supervising hourly teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

• Deliver remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel to projects across the US.
