Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team. You will own deliverables for store and club remodels, openings, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion with top quality.

You will supervise hourly staff, travel across the U.S., and coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to minimize disruption to store operations. A strong background in project management and store design is ideal.

Job description

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join our Realty Execution team for Walmart U.S., taking ownership of deliverables for store and club remodels, new store and club openings, and special projects across the country. Your responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with store team leads and supervise hourly team members, handling escalations and working with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Travel across the U.S. as required, with frequent travel up to 1,000 miles and an expectation to be away from home 80% of the time or for 17–21 days at a time.
• Manage overnight work shifts (10–12 hours on average).
• Coordinate with suppliers, client stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to minimize impact on store operations.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $60,000 – $110,000, with additional performance‑based bonus awards. Mileage will be reimbursed and overnight stays will be paid for RPC roles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of comparable experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project ManagementProfessional Certification.
