Job summary

PJ Morgan Real Estate is seeking a Realtor Personal Marketing & Content Specialist in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on developing and executing social media content, listing promotions, and brand-building campaigns to support property marketing.

You will coordinate photos and videos, manage email campaigns, and keep the CRM up to date while delivering client gifts to strengthen relationships. This full-time role reports to the President and offers a stable work schedule with potential on-call

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for real estate or B2C brands.
• Ability to create engaging content and visuals.
• Basic graphic design using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Experience coordinating photos, videos, and drone services.
• Experience running listing marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong CRM, email marketing, and website update skills.

The Scope of Work

• Create and schedule social media content, including listing promotions, market updates, and brand-building posts.
• Prepare and execute listing launch campaigns across social media.
• Utilize PJ Morgan Real Estate marketing materials to make flyers, brochures, listing presentations, and open house collateral
• Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and drone services for property listings.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
• Maintain CRM database accuracy and support lead follow-up campaigns.
• Create and deliver client pop-bys and gifts as part of client relationship efforts.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Experienced in coordinating photography, videography, and listing marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Skilled in CRM management, email marketing, and website updates.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative on marketing ideas.
