Job summary

Inworld, Inc. is seeking an AI-native Product Marketing Manager to own messaging and launch cadence for realtime voice technology. You will write positioning, run benchmarks, ship launch content, and join customer calls to validate value.

This role collaborates with sales, product, engineering, and DevRel; requires 3–5 years in product marketing for developer-focused products and strong technical writing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product marketing for developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, APIs, or technical platform products.
• Technical fluency — read docs, call APIs, run benchmarks and discuss with researchers/engineers.
• Exceptional writing for a technical audience.
• Experience marketing a self-serve product that feeds a sales motion.
• Comfortable with weekly cadence with engineering and research.
• Prior experience with speech, audio, or realtime systems is a plus.
• Power user of Claude Code or equivalent, thinking in agents and systems.

Responsibilities

• Make one claim the whole company can repeat.
• Define core positioning and proof, then publish to docs, website, decks.
• Retire competing stories and align messaging across channels.
• Run weekly cadence with engineering/research to translate shippeds into sales language.
• Maintain the source of truth on whats live and what changed.
• Put proof in the room before price discussions.
• Build proof assets: case studies, demos, one-pagers, FAQs.
• Sequence enablement so proof reaches customers earlier.
• Produce benchmarks, head-to-heads, and migration guides.
• Create a repeatable launch motion for future releases.
• Extend launches with follow-on content, integrations, and proof.
• Keep competitive pictures current for latency, quality, price, reliability.
• Feed the proof into evaluation content and assets.
