Job summary

Aim AI is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to own the core backbone of our system. You will architect and operate low-latency live-call infrastructure, build backend orchestration services, and work hands-on with WebSockets, WebRTC, and streaming audio.

You will also contribute to the agent builder dashboard using React/Next.js. Ideal candidates have 5+ years building production systems, strong real-time tech experience, and comfort owning both backend and frontend.

• 5+ years building production-grade systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate low-latency, high-throughput systems for live calls and audio streaming.
• Build backend orchestration services that integrate STT, TTS, LLMs, and telephony providers.
• Work with WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming audio pipelines, and real-time event processing.
• Contribute to the developer tools and dashboards (React / Next.js).
• Integrate with Twilio, SIP trunks, VoIP, and manage IVRs, transfers, and compliance edge cases.
• Improve reliability, observability, failover, monitoring, and logging.
• Enforce security and compliance best practices across the stack.
