Orum, an AI-powered sales platform, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own critical features end-to-end and deliver high-impact user experiences. The role involves a heavy emphasis on scalable backend work (Node.js/TypeScript) with frontend collaboration, working on a real-time dialer system that processes audio and supports AI-driven enhancements.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to influence the roadmap, maintain high coding standards, and mentor

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning features through the full lifecycle from discovery to release and iteration.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years building applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with an RDBMS using SQL.
• Strong emphasis on maintainable, well-tested code.

Responsabilités

• Own core product features from concept through deployment and iteration.
• Design and build scalable systems (70% backend, 30% frontend) for real-time, high-volume workflows.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, and Engineers to shape and deliver intuitive experiences.
• Mentor teammates and promote engineering excellence and code quality.
• Help define and uphold coding standards for a clean, scalable codebase.
