• Analyze and document business and functional requirements and process flows.
• Analyze current and future state processes to identify gaps and impacts.
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and artifacts.
• Ensure requirements/docs are accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Maintain backlog readiness and track dependencies for delivery.
• Refine work items to meet definition of ready standards.
• Coordinate with business, tech, and risk to support delivery timelines.
• Escalate risks, issues, or scope concerns through governance channels.
