Qualifications

• 5+ years in business execution, analysis, operations, or delivery support.
• Experience supporting delivery plans, milestones, and execution tracking.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in complex technological operating environments.
• Experience in structured or Agile delivery environments.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
• Experience in regulated, large-scale environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements and processes.
• Support current and future state process analysis to identify gaps and impacts.
• Draft and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and artifacts.
• Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Maintain backlog readiness, dependencies, and execution artifacts.
• Assist with refinement to meet definition of ready standards.
• Coordinate with business, technology, operations, and risk partners to support outcomes.
• Track deliverables, milestones, and action items against plans.
• Monitor risks and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Prepare status updates for leadership and delivery forums.
• Escalate risks through governance channels; validate acceptance criteria.
