Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a California CSR license in good standing.
• Realtime Court Reporting required with premiums for qualification levels.
• Experience with CAT transcription and court reporting workflows.
• Knowledge of court reporting terminology and style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain verbatim official record for proceedings.
• Provide readback upon request and prepare certified transcripts.
• Serve as relief or floater reporter as needed.
• Utilize CAT and adhere to court transcription formats.
• Work hours typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.
