Job summary

CloudFactory is hiring a Construction Reality Capture Technician to operate 360° cameras on large-scale active construction sites around Abilene, TX. The role feeds data into AI systems, demanding precision, reliability, and outdoor work in all weather.

Minimum 20 hours per week with four fixed days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri), 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, on a fixed-term contract. $22–$25 per hour; drive yourself to sites and wear full PPE.

Qualifications

• Must have full availability Mon–Fri (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) for fixed days.
• Must have valid driving licence and reliable transport to Abilene-area sites.
• Must be physically fit to walk 8–10 hours per day outdoors in varying weather.
• OSHA 10 certification required or commitment to complete before start (reimbursed).
• Proven reliability and safety-conscious mindset; proactive communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate 360° cameras to document construction sites.
• Follow a strict capture brief with prescribed coverage, angles, and sequencing.
• Walk the full site on each capture day, often 20,000+ steps.
• Wear and maintain full PPE at all times.
• Communicate daily progress and flag safety or access issues to the Project Team.
• Adapt to site safety protocols and client requirements.
• Handle and care for equipment responsibly.
