Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily staffing headcount vs total headcount and recommend staffing levels.
• Forecast daily staffing and advise headcount on a short-term basis.
• Monitor call volumes to identify improvements and adjust the staffing program.
• Prepare staffing reports using client needs and new information.
