Job summary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret system data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control transmission and substation systems using SCADA/EMS tools to maintain reliability.
• Read and interpret one-line diagrams, alarms, system data, and procedures to assess conditions.
• Develop, review, and execute switching orders to support safe maintenance and reliable operation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, neighboring utilities, customers, and reliability entities during operations.
• Perform real-time operating duties in accordance with NERC standards and company procedures.
